Champions: a subscription that earns its place
Frequent users with proven value get a dedicated subscription. We help choose an individual, team or enterprise plan according to the work, administration needs and company requirements. High usage starts the review; business value and the total cost inform the decision.
Exploring users: room to try, with a budget
People with promising but unproven use cases start with a controlled allowance. Supported AI tools connect to a model controller for model choice, usage visibility and budget control. We agree which clients, providers and models are suitable for each workload.
Repeatedly reaching a personal allowance triggers a review: what work is getting done, how often is access needed, and would a subscription make better economic sense? When the evidence supports it, the user becomes a champion.
Routing and load balancing across available, authorised providers help manage capacity where integrations support them. A provider capacity limit is separate from a person using up their allowance; routing does not remove provider limits or guarantee unlimited access.
Occasional users: an approved place to start
Infrequent users can use company-approved free tools or a small allowance through the same managed environment. Data rules still apply. Giving everyone a suitable route helps reduce unapproved AI use and makes new use cases easier to discover.
A recurring service that grows with adoption
Go Digit helps review usage, budgets, subscriptions and emerging champions on an agreed recurring cadence. Together, we decide where to increase access, adjust spending or turn a successful workflow into an application.
Secure Vibe builds those applications and agents in scoped delivery batches, with code review, testing, relevant AI evaluations, client acceptance and deployment. Employees and approved external users reach the resulting software through the web, APIs, MCP integrations, mobile apps or LINE OA, according to scope.
A workshop, a secure foundation, then recurring delivery
We begin with a workshop to prioritise the backlog, establish business owners and agree acceptance criteria. We then create a secure landing zone in the client’s environment: access controls, deployment pipelines, logging and budget controls.
A recurring Build & Run agreement provides delivery capacity for regular batches, reviewed releases, operational support and improvements. Each batch has an agreed scope and acceptance criteria. Larger changes are scoped separately.
Governance across connected systems
NextBrain supports access controls, policy, model routing, cost attribution and usage records for supported connections. It is one part of the operating model, alongside workspace administration, application delivery and operations.
Workspace subscriptions and API traffic have different integration paths. We validate the supported connection for each service before committing to routing or controls. Subscription workspaces are administered through their supported controls; they are not automatically routed through NextBrain.
AWS-led delivery and model access
AWS is the starting point for our enterprise infrastructure and AI delivery. We supply model access through Amazon Bedrock, with model availability, account structure and data boundaries agreed for the workload.
Our AWS AI Services Competency, Advanced Tier Services relationship and 20+ AWS customer launches support this focus. Eligible initial assessments may receive AWS funding; approval depends on the organisation and workload.
As a Cloudflare Development Partner, we also offer application development and deployment on Cloudflare infrastructure, alongside model access through Cloudflare AI Gateway. These are supporting options selected for the workload. Model access through a gateway and the infrastructure hosting an application are separate architectural decisions.
You own what we deliver
You own the project code, data and environment. Go Digit supplies the ongoing delivery and operational support, with documentation and handover included in the agreed scope. Third-party platforms and tools retain their own licence terms.
Cloud and model consumption charges are identified separately from the service fee. Every engagement defines delivery capacity, acceptance responsibilities, support coverage and how additional work is approved.
