Go Digit holds authorised, ERP-level API access across these three marketplaces. We scope the connection around your systems and the permissions available for each platform. Data fields, read/write operations and update frequency are confirmed before implementation.
Start with the flow that needs fixing
Bring one concrete problem: orders that need to reach the ERP, stock figures that disagree, product data maintained in several places, or reports that require manual reconciliation.
Together, we identify the systems involved, which system owns each record and what a correct result looks like. That gives the first delivery batch a clear purpose and acceptance criteria.
How we work
- Confirm access and scope. Review the marketplace accounts, ERP interfaces and data required. Distinguish an existing connection from integration work that needs to be built.
- Agree the data flow. Define the fields, direction of updates, reconciliation rules and how exceptions reach the responsible team.
- Build and validate a delivery batch. Test the agreed flow against representative records and your acceptance criteria before release.
We confirm platform-specific limitations during scoping. Connecting a marketplace does not mean every API operation is included.
Plan for the work after launch
Initial implementation and ongoing service are scoped separately. We agree which monitoring, exception handling, maintenance and support responsibilities sit with Go Digit and which sit with your team. Service coverage and response commitments belong in the agreement.
Additional data flows and improvements can be planned as further delivery batches. Platform, cloud and third-party charges are identified separately from the agreed service scope.
