The problem
Research, supplier records and invoices were distributed across repositories, formats and languages. Manual lookup and document processing slowed down R&D and procurement.
What we built
An AWS-based assistant with document-grounded retrieval, scanned-document extraction and supplier approval workflows. Private connectivity links the system to internal ERP and data infrastructure.
Outcome
Teams can retrieve across Thai, English and Chinese documents and automate supplier document workflows. No quantified efficiency claim is published for this case.
