The Solution

Go Digit implemented ChatX, an enterprise-grade Generative AI platform designed to support Chia Tai’s R&D knowledge management and supplier document intelligence workflows.

The solution was built on AWS using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to enable users to retrieve accurate, document-grounded answers from multilingual agricultural content in natural language.

The platform was integrated securely with internal ERP and Data Lake systems through private networking and VPC Peering to maintain enterprise-grade security and governance.
